APR & Material Disclosure

APR disclosure. APRs for cash advance / payday products typically range from about 200% to 1,386%; installment products from about 6.63% to 225%; and personal loans from about 4.99% to 450%, varying by lender and state. The APR is the annualized cost of credit — interest plus fees — and a short two-week loan will always produce a large APR figure even when the dollar fee is small. Lenders are required to present the exact APR and fee schedule before you accept any offer, and rates are subject to change.

Material disclosure. The operator of this website is not a lender, loan broker, or agent for any lender. We are an advertising referral service that submits your request to independent participating lenders, who may offer amounts between $100 and $1,000 for cash advances, up to $5,000 for installment loans, and up to $35,000 for personal loans. We do not guarantee acceptance, we do not make credit decisions, and we are compensated by participating lenders for advertising services — never by applicants. Submitting a request registers no obligation to accept any offer.

Exclusions. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to use this service: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia. The list of serviced states can change without notice as state laws and lender coverage evolve.

Credit implications. The operator does not perform credit decisions. Participating lenders may verify your information with credit bureaus or alternative providers to assess creditworthiness. Late or missed payments can result in additional fees, collection activity, or both, and repeated short-term borrowing is associated with longer-term financial distress — every state page on this site lists alternatives worth reading first. Each lender sets its own renewal policy; ask for it in writing before accepting an offer.
